Penalty for working for wages during the permitted period of absence under Section 287 | Bangladesh Labor Act -2006:
As per section-287(BLA-2006),
If any woman works for wages, whether in cash or in-kind, during a period of authorized absence granted by her employer under the provisions of Chapter IV, she shall be punishable with a fine which may extend to one thousand (1,000.00) Taka.
