Penalty for taking part in or instigating a go-slow under Section 296 | Bangladesh Labor Act -2006:
As per section-296(BLa-2006),
"If any person participates in the activities of a gambling house, or instigates or encourages another person to participate therein, or performs any act to further such activities in any other manner, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months, or with a fine which may extend to Twenty thousand to Fifty Thousand Taka, or with both."
