Penalty for non-compliance with the provisions of section 210(7) under Section 301 | Bangladesh Labor Act -2006

As per section-210(7) under section-301(BLA-2006),

If any person, for any reason other than satisfaction of a settlement, fails to comply with the provisions of Section 210(7), he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 3 (three) months, or with a fine which may extend to five thousand Taka, or with both.
