Penalty for making an agreement in respect of a child in contravention

 

Penalty for making an agreement in respect of a child in contravention of Section 35.- under Section 285:

As per section-35-under section285(BLA),

"If any child's father, mother, or guardian enters into a contract regarding a child in violation of the provisions of Section 35, they shall be punishable with a fine of up to Minimum 5(Five) Thousand taka to a maximum of 10 (Ten)Thousand taka."
