Weekly holiday under Section 103 | Bangladesh Labor Act -2006:

As per section 103 of the Bangladesh Labor Act -2006

Any worker employed in any establishment-

(Ka) shall be entitled to a day holiday in a week in the case of a factory or industrial establishment, and one and a half days of holiday in the case of a shop or commercial establishment.

(Kha) In the case of a road transport establishment, [workers] shall be allowed every week one day of holiday consisting of twenty-four consecutive hours.

(Ga) No deduction shall be made from the wages of any worker for any holiday allowed under clauses (Ka) and (Kha) above.
