Prohibition on Employing Adolescents in Certain Jobs under Section 39 | Bangladesh Labor Act -2006:
As per "section 39" of BLA-2006 -
(1), the Government shall, by notification in the official Gazette from time to time, declare a list of hazardous work.
(2) No adolescent shall be employed in any work declared to be hazardous by the Government.
(3) No adolescent shall be permitted to work in any establishment for cleaning, oiling, or adjusting any part of machinery while it is in motion, or to work between the moving parts, or between the moving and stationary parts of such machinery.
