Time for final payment of dues of the worker under Section 30 | Bangladesh Labor Act -2006:
As per section-30(BLA-2006),
In the event of retirement, discharge, retrenchment, dismissal, termination of employment, or the cessation of a worker's service for any other reason, the employer must settle all dues payable to the said worker within a maximum of thirty (30) working days.
