Penalty for false statements, etc under Section 303 | Bangladesh Labor Act -2006:
As per section-303(BLA-2006),
Any person who—
(Ka) records any description in any register, notice, file, or other document maintained under this Act, or any rule, regulation, provision, or scheme, which they know or have reason to believe to be materially false, with the intent to deceive;
(Kha) intentionally omits, or permits the omission of, any matter required to be recorded in such register, notice, file, or other document;
(Ga) maintains more than one copy of such register, notice, file, or other document, except for the official office copy;
(Gha) intentionally sends, or permits to be sent, to any officer or authority under this Act or any rule, regulation, provision, or scheme, any application, map, file, description, information, report, notice, or other document which they know or have reason to believe to be materially false; or
(Uma) intentionally fails or neglects to maintain or send any map, list, file, register, information, report, or other document required to be maintained or sent under this Act or any rule, regulation, provision, or scheme; Shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with a fine which may extend to five thousand Taka, or with both.
