Penalty for non-compliance of order of the Labor Court under
section 33.- under Section 283 | Bangladesh Labor Act -2006:

As per section-283 of BLA-2006,

Penalty for non-compliance with orders of a Labor Court under Section 33: If any person refuses or fails to comply with any order of a Labor Court passed under Section 33, they shall be punishable with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months, or with a fine which may extend to five (05) thousand to (20) twenty thousand or with both.
