Payment of wages for unveiled leave under Section 11 | Bangladesh Labor Act -2006:

 As per section-11 of BLA-2006,

If the service of a worker is terminated due to retrenchment, discharge, removal, dismissal, retirement, resignation, or for any other reason, and if any annual leave is due to them, the employer shall pay the wages for such due leave at the rate the worker would have been entitled to during their leave period under the provisions of this Act.
