Deduction from wages for damage or loss under Section 127 | Bangladesh Labor Act -2006:
As per Section-127 of BLA-2006,
(1) Any deduction under Section 125 (2) (Ga) shall not exceed the amount of damage or loss caused to the employer by the neglect or default of the worker concerned, and no such deduction shall be made until the worker has been proven guilty through a proper investigation following the principles of natural justice against such deduction.
(2) All such deductions and all realizations thereof shall be recorded in a register prescribed by rules by the person responsible for the payment of wages.
