Casual leave under-Section-115 | Bangladesh Labor Act -2006:
Every worker shall be entitled to 10(Ten days) of casual leave with full wages in a calendar year, and such leave shall not accumulate if it is not availed for any reason, nor shall it be carried forward to the next year.
Provided that, nothing in this section shall apply to any worker employed in a tea plantation.
