Penalty for using false certificate of fitness under Section 302 | Bangladesh Labor Act -2006:
As per section-302(BLA-2006),
If any person knowingly uses or attempts to use a certificate of competency granted to another person under any provision of this Act as if it were granted to himself, or knowingly permits any other person to use or attempt to use the same, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months, or with a fine which may extend to Five thousand Taka, or with both.
