Payment of Provident Fund under Section 29 | Bangladesh Labor Act -2006:

If any worker is a member of any provident fund and, according to the rules of that fund, is entitled to any benefit from the said fund, including the employer's contribution. He shall not be deprived of such benefit due to his retrenchment, discharge, dismissal, retirement, removal, termination of service, or death.
