Thank you very much for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself before you. I am Md.Xrahman .I started off my career as a SR. Executive -Accounts five years ago with XYZ company Ltd. where I performed full cycle Accounting duties, month end close procedures, and assisted with budgeting and forecasting on a monthly basis .My major responsibilities is-
01.To prepare & submit Monthly VAT return and other. required documents to VAT authority in a timely manner.
02.To prepare monthly Bank reconciliation statements.
03.To prepare daily fund flow statements.
04. To Handling all sales transaction (Export & cash sales)
05. To check sales challan as per delivery schedule and order.
06. To compute landed costs for total materials and per unit materials producing landed cost .
07. Daily & Monthly sales Reconciles & Report to the top Management.
08.To prepare overdue statements & Overdue Interest Calculation.
09.LTR &RTR Interest Adjustment with Bank Statement & Posting to the Tally.
10. IBP creation & Final settlement bill &posting to the Tally.
11. Monthly MIS related Report to the top Management
12. Monthly Debit Note & Credit Note issue to the Sister concerned.
13. Any other task assigned by the authority
My goal is to build a successful career as a CEO which can help my company and me personally. My strengths are positive attitude, interpersonal skills and strong management skill.
I had a habit procrastinating, now I am improving & becoming more organized by using to do lists & reminders.
One of my most important strength includes commitment as I always ensure meeting my deadlines and work consistently towards my goals. My others strength includes positive thinking, punctuality and interpersonal skills.
04. What are your career goals?
1. My intermediate career goals include consistently adding value to myself through learning & upgrading skills. In long term, I would like to grow as a leader & make Myself capable of taking up management positions while contributing significantly to the growth of my organization.
02. My short-term goal is to get a job in reputed company where I can utilize my skills and improve my career path. My long-term goal is to be in respectable position in that Organization.

Sir, it is a great privilege for anyone to work in reputed company like yours, my goal is to achieve the highest level of Proficiency, and I find your company which is Bangladesh most admired company, is right place where I can best utilize my education and skills to contribute to the company growth.
I am thankful to my previous organization because I have learnt a lot of things from there. According to me changes are necessary for everyone to enhance your skills, knowledge and for personal growth and financial growth. your organization is the good platform where I can learn more, which enables me to advance in my career path.
07. Where do you see yourself in 5 years from now?
My first and foremost aim is to learn new skills and enhance my personality. Five years down that line, I see myself at senior positions while taking more responsibilities and contributing to growth of a reputed organization like yours.
08. What if I say that you are rejected?
Though I prepared well and perform my level best. But if I am rejected, I will try to see opportunity learning behind it. I will evaluate and improve myself further to make myself worth for positions like this.

01. Sir, as I am a fresher, I have theoretical knowledge but I can do hard work for my organization. And I will put all my efforts for the good progress of organization. Being punctual and sincere, I can finish the work given to me on time and try my best to fulfill all the needs of company from me.
When non fresher: -
With reference to my work experience, I satisfy all the requirements for this job, I am sincere with my work & would never let you down in anyway promise you will never regret for the decision to appoint me in your organization.
I have 7 years of experience in Account field. Salary has never been a big issue for me. Still, I am expecting salary as company s norms as per my designation and qualification and experience
